This is a report of the RFE's that have been approved and completed within the last year. Since our fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30 this report is from July 1, 2007 to present. As future RFE's are completed we will append this report.
Please note: "Grand Totals" at the end of the report are not an actual portrayal of hours used. The hours used are continual changing as RFE's are completed, so this is only a point and time reference not actual hours available.

Making a RFE
Please note: Skyward has changed how a Request For Enhancements are made.
You must have permission from your district to submit this request.
You must have a Skyward Username and Password to access the Customer Only area.
Once the request has been received the Steering Committee members meet quarterly, at the Skyward office, to review and vote on it.
All completed RFE's will be posted to our website.
RFE Voting Procedures
Steering Committee members have a high, medium, low vote while district contacts have a yes no vote. The results for both are held in separate columns. See below for voting info that pertains to each group.
The Steering Committee can then use both columns separately or together in deciding which RFE's to approve/void.

To View all votes and/or enter your vote for a given RFE, simply click on the hyperlink in the "Pts" (Points) column.
A window will open allowing you to enter or change your vote.
You can vote anytime prior to the RFE being completed.
You can vote on any of your own state's RFEs or any Skyward RFE.
Each district is allotted only one vote and only the last vote per district will count.
Voting total points are weighted as follows:
High = 3
Medium = 2
Low = 1
No = 0
Abstain = 0
